VOLUNTEER FOR THE 2017 NFL DRAFT!

The 2017 NFL Draft will be held in Philadelphia, PA, from Thursday, April 27 through Saturday, April 29. The NFL Draft Experience, which will be located along the iconic Benjamin Franklin Parkway, is built for NFL fans of all ages.  Fans can take pictures with the Vince Lombardi Trophy and enjoy interactive exhibits and autograph sessions with current and former players. NFL Draft Experience is FREE and open all three days of the NFL Draft, April 27-29. Whether you’re a native to the city of Philadelphia and love to help visitors find their way around, an avid NFL fan, or enjoy contributing to the success of Philadelphia events, we have a volunteer position that’s right for you.

IMPORTANT VOLUNTEER DETAILS:

1.  REQUIREMENTS:  All volunteers are required to register for a minimum of two (2) volunteer shifts but are encouraged to sign up for more! Individual shifts will last approximately 5 to 6 hours. ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.  Please note that all volunteer positions will be outdoors, standing or walking for long periods of time, actively engaging with guests and will include using a tablet to interact with the guests at each area. 

2.  AVAILABILITY:  Beginning April 27 and running through April 29, there are opportunities for all accepted volunteers with multiple dates and shifts available. Volunteer positions available in NFL Draft Experience include: Draft Ambassadors (working with Fan Mobile Pass), Field Goal Kick, Fan Bag Distribution, VIP Hospitality Greeters, Wayfinding, Volunteer Check-In, Sponsor Activations, Virtual Reality, Play Football Activations, Vertical Jump, 40-Yard Dash, Locker Rooms, Vince Lombardi Trophy, Super Bowl Rings Display, AFC/NFC Locker Rooms and much, much more! Volunteers will be asked to select a position at a later time and provided with training upon arrival on-site. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility. 

3.  TRAINING:  Confirmed volunteers will receive information specific to the event, their positions, and other important instructions upon arrival for their selected shift. More detailed information will be shared soon.

4.  UNIFORM:  Volunteers will receive a volunteer shirt and jacket. The official volunteer uniform shirt and jacket should be worn to all shifts with clean and well-maintained khakis or black long pants and comfortable shoes – sneakers are encouraged! 

5.  FANS FIRST! TRAINING:  Volunteers will be asked to attend the NFL FANS FIRST! training program scheduled to take place Tuesday, April 25 at Lincoln Financial Field. All are encouraged to attend. Timing of the event should not interfere with your daytime work or school schedule. A separate invitation will be sent to all volunteers.

6. DAY OF EVENT:  All volunteers will be required to arrive at the exact start time of their shift to register, receive their credential and their uniform. We will provide a hat, tshirt and jacket to all volunteers. More information will be sent out as we get closer to the date.

7. FAN MOBILE PASS:  All volunteers should register for Fan Mobile Pass by visiting nfl.com/FanMobilePass.  Fan Mobile Pass (FMP) will be open for registration starting March 10.  Registering for Fan Mobile Pass will enable our fans to win tickets to the 2017 Draft, but also receive exclusive access to all of the action at NFL Draft Experience.
